The Teacher Dashboard has a News Feed
The News Feed notifies you of things that might need your attention, such as an upcoming contest or the end of a task you've set.
Some notable features:
- The News Feed is located on the Overview page, below the Accuracy Today Chart.
- If you have more than four news items, click 'see more' to show the additional items.

Fluency Booster is here!
We've released Fluency Booster, a new tool to help students build math fluency.
Some notable features:
- Access fluency related reports by going to 'Fluency & Reports' at the top of your teacher dashboard.
- Fluency Booster has replaced Maths Training for students.

We've released an Activity Summary Report
The Activity Summary Report provides an overview of what your students are doing on Sumdog.
Some notable features:

- View metrics including questions answered, correct answers, accuracy, and time spent on Sumdog
- Click the drop-down menu above the chart to change the timeframe shown

Control what your students work on from your dashboard
We have a new Live Controls panel on the teacher dashboard which allows you to control what your class works on.
Some notable features:
- Focus mode -- Prevent your class from accessing the House, Garden, Avatar and Friends areas of Sumdog
- Subjects -- Restrict your class to a subject (math, spelling or grammar) for the next hour
- Tasks -- Restrict your class to a specific task type for the next hour

The leaderboard on the Overview page has a new look
We've updated the leaderboard on your Overview page to make it easier to see your class's activity at a glance.Some notable features:
- Click the 'today' dropdown to choose the time frame you'd like to view (today, this week, or last week)
- You'll see a gold, silver, or bronze medal next to the top 3 students on the leaderboard

We've added the option to type in answers for select tests
In some ready-made tests, you now have the option to have students type in their answers instead of choosing multiple choice options.
Some notable features:

The process for setting Competitions has been updated for ease of use
