School Leader View - how can I monitor usage across the school?

The School Leader View helps school leaders track student engagement across the whole school by class or individual students. Use this report to celebrate progress, spot trends and ensure all classes are getting the most from Sumdog.

How to access the report

1. From your teacher dashboard, go to 'Fluency & Reports'

2. Click 'More Reports'

3. Scroll down to the Activity Summary and click 'Full Report'

4. You'll see two report types: "class view" and "School leader view" Switch to 'School Leader View' as shown below

Use our filters to get the information you're looking for:

  • Time range (e.g. this week, last month, academic year)
  • Grade/year group to compare engagement across specific classes
  • Show individual students: Change the report to show all students so you can reward the top performers in the whole school
  • You can now select a custom date range by choosing this as an option using the filters. This lets you pick the exact dates you’d like your report to cover, and it can go back up to 2 years from today’s date.
