My school is changing their MIS. How will this affect our Wonde sync?

No action is needed on your end to ensure a smooth transition as you migrate to a new MIS. 

Here is how the process works on our end:

  1. Wonde will notify us that you are migrating to a new MIS
  2. We pause your sync with us
  3. Wonde notifies us that your migration has been completed
  4. We set up your sync once again so that your classes will continue to update automatically as before.

While no action is needed on your end, we may reach out if we have questions about the data you're sharing (for example, if we're having trouble matching any students' Sumdog accounts to the students listed on your MIS).
