How to change what communication you receive from us

Find out how to change your communication preferences.

Please note, you cannot opt out of emails with essential account information, such as a new teacher requesting to join your school.

How to change what emails you receive from us

  1. Click 'settings' at the top of the Teacher Dashboard
  2. Click 'edit' in the My Details box
  3. On the top right of your profile page, click 'edit'
  4. On this page, you can edit your name, username, email address, and email preferences. Select and deselect the types of emails you would like to receive
  5. Click 'save'
