      How do I view and edit my child's username and password?

      How to view your child's username and password

      1. Log into your parent account
      2. On your dashboard, you will see your child's name along with their username and password

      How to edit your child's password

      You can only edit your child's password. The username is assigned by Sumdog and cannot be changed.

      1. Click 'settings' at the top of your parent account

      2. In the Children box, click 'edit'

      3. Click 'reset' under their password

      Note: If you don't see the reset option, it's because your child's account is linked to a school. In this case, please contact your child's school.
