How do I change the grade/year level for my students?

You can edit the grade/year for your students by following the steps on this page.

How to change the grade/year for an individual student

1. Go into Settings from your Teacher Dashboard
2. Click 'manage' in the Manage Students box
3. Click on the student's name
4. Click 'edit details'
   
   
5. Select the correct grade or year group from the dropdown menu and click 'save' to save the changes.

How to change the grade/year for multiple students at once

1. Go into Settings from your Teacher Dashboard
2. Click 'manage' in the Manage Students box
3. Click 'select multiple students' for one of your classes
   
   
4. Click 'select all' to choose all the students in that class
   
   
5. Click 'set grade' on the bottom of the page.
   
   
6. Select the correct grade or year group from the dropdown menu and click 'set grade' to save the changes
